The building has one main entrance from Krakowskie Przedmieście Street, located at ground level (Level 0). For individuals with mobility impairments, a doorbell is installed at the entrance to summon assistance from staff, who will provide help entering the building.
Two parking spaces for persons with disabilities are located 60 meters away on the opposite side of Krakowskie Przedmieście Street, near the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Assistance dogs and guide dogs are welcome in the Gallery.
The Gallery does not have a public restroom available for visitors.
The Gallery lacks Braille signage, high-contrast markings, or enlarged print for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. However, Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpretation is available online at the reception desk.
Induction loops are not installed in the Gallery.
